had a relaxing stay with amazing spa facilities, exceeded expectations, much better than my previous stay in Rome, loved the helpful staff and comfortable room.

Super convenient location near main train station and walking distance to Colosseum. Comfy beds, good shower, and air conditioning. Quick resolution of A/C issue. Friendly staff. Budget-friendly option with clean and comfortable rooms. Good Wi-Fi. Variety of nearby amenities like supermarket and ice cream shop. Option for walking or using metro to explore the city. Breakfast at nearby cafe.

The best is the location, near from Terminal station and metro.

The hotel was near at the metro station Manzoni and quite near to the city centre. And the staff sometimes was very helpful.

An elevator must be installed instantly! And something goes wrong with the room 13. Something smells really bad all the time...

We were pleasantly surprised with our recent stay at Family House. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily explore all parts of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good bed and shower. The WiFi worked well, and the staff were helpful, even keeping our luggage for us after check-out. There were also restaurants and bars conveniently located nearby. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

towels and sheets are replaced only after 3 days! Two days would be acceptable, but 3 is too long. We would bring an extra set of towels ourselves if it was announced earlier...

King room is warm, has a clean bathroom. It has great location for visiting a monumental cathedral. Plus, this hotel is adjacent to termini train station, a `` Feel good '' cafe nearby and tram line 5 and 14;)))

family house in rome was a delightful stay. the location was ideal, with easy access to the train and metro stations. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially mr. tarek. the room was clean and comfortable, and the wifi was fast and reliable.

Close to the Termini station and a short walk away from everything, even the Vatican! Friendly staff and a nice breakfast in a nearby café. Restaurants and supermarket nearby.

Only one pillow, no WiFi, no fridge or safe, the room was literally next to reception so it was quite noisy at times, it was a cheap hotel and you got what you paid for, but perhaps you could find a better hotel at the same price.

Every time I stay here, I am reminded of why I keep coming back. The helpful staff found my lost item on my first stay and the amenities like Wi-Fi, TV, and express check-in/ out make it perfect for my business trips.

The location good and perfect near two metro stations which is very useful after a day of walking. Gentle, excellent staff towards all guests. Nice building and rooms for with 4 single beds.

Good value for money, good location. Toilet and shower room is clear and warm. The staff was friendly.

The rooms are noisy. Breakfast is really small and the restaurant is on the next street.
